  • shorter peer-reviewed refereed research notes
  • critical comments and responses in the form of debates
  • commentaries that provide pithy reports on major events such as elections, referendums, significant court decisions and other key developments in Australia, New Zealand, the Asia-Pacific region and the world
  • book reviews of major books in the field of political studies, and especially books written by academics based in Australia and New Zealand and/or dealing with relevant Australian and New Zealand subjects
